Ninth Hospital Project Update | FUSAI Automotive Electronics Technology Park Project Holds Production Line Launch Ceremony

In the golden autumn, with the fragrance of ripe fruits, on the morning of September 30, the Fusay Automotive Electronics Technology Park successfully held the "Production Line Launch Ceremony." The company's general manager Liu Shixin and assistant general manager of the business center Li Rongjun were invited to attend the ceremony, witnessing this important moment together with guests from the Changchun municipal government, FAW Group, Fawer, Desay SV, and Fusay.
The Fusay Automotive Electronics Technology Park project is a strategic initiative implemented by three well-known companies: China FAW, Fawer Automotive Components Co., Ltd., and Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., aiming to be "China's leading provider of intelligent automotive electronic digital overall solutions." The project involves a newly built factory covering an area of 40,000 square meters, including a five-story R&D comprehensive building, a two-story workshop, a three-story cafeteria, and two corridors. The company undertakes the EPC general contracting work for this project, which is also the company's first electronic factory EPC general contracting project. Company leaders, the business center, and the architectural engineering institute attach great importance to it. Relevant departments and personnel have meticulously planned and communicated, organizing elite teams during the implementation phase to ensure progress milestones, scientifically control costs, and provide high-quality services.
The project broke ground on August 15, 2020. At the start of construction, it faced three once-in-a-century typhoons and experienced rare sleet weather in November 2020; there was only one transportation channel on site; multiple municipal pipelines existed underground; there were significant elevation differences on site; and the owner proposed major plan changes multiple times. In the face of these difficulties, the project team and subcontractors worked together to overcome challenges, optimize design plans, repeatedly and meticulously discuss construction plans, carefully deploy personnel, materials, and machinery, and work overtime continuously to provide strong guarantees for the project's safe, quality, and timely implementation. They achieved commendable results by completing the cold enclosure of the workshop on December 3, 2020, and the warm enclosure on December 22.
Now, the newly completed laboratory building, cafeteria, and workshop shine brightly under the sunlight. The technologically advanced glass curtain walls, stable and atmospheric stone curtain walls, and neat and simple metal composite panel exteriors are particularly eye-catching. The excellent construction results reflect countless efforts from the project team at No. 9 Institute.
