On this day when the people of the nation joyfully welcome the National Day holiday, the Ninth Institute has received good news from the market: the Ninth Institute has successfully been selected for the delivery line project of the final assembly workshop of Xiaopeng Motors (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. This marks a deep cooperation between the Ninth Institute and Xiaopeng Motors following the expansion project of the final assembly at Xiaopeng's Zhaoqing base.
The project is located at Xiaopeng Motors' Wuhan Hannan Industrial Base, with a total investment of 4.7 billion yuan for phase one. The construction site is east of Jiangsan Road and south of Xingfuyuan Road in Hannan District, covering a total area of 560,000 square meters and a building area of 460,000 square meters, with plans to produce 100,000 sets of pure electric passenger vehicle components annually. The project includes PBS delivery lines, battery assembly delivery lines, front interior delivery lines, chassis delivery lines, rear interior delivery lines, AGV for sliding board transfer, final delivery lines, rain and heavy rain rooms, PDI lines, door delivery lines, tire lines, seat lines, battery delivery lines, electric drive delivery lines, process steel structures and lighting systems, and other ancillary facilities, with various line types.
