The Hongqi Prosperity Factory joint trial operation and office furniture module is one of the nine modules of the Hongqi Prosperity project, forming a complete turnkey project with eight other modules including stamping, welding, painting, assembly, battery electric drive, quality assurance, logistics, and digitalization. This module is currently progressing as planned.
The joint trial operation and office furniture module mainly includes the debugging of five major production workshops, procurement and scheduling of sample parts during the debugging period, procurement and distribution of maintenance tools for the entire factory, and procurement and delivery of the entire office area. The variety of goods is complex, management tasks are trivial, and many departments and stakeholders are involved. This part of the content is a new field that our company has ventured into for the first time. In this regard, the manufacturing technology institute responsible for this module attaches great importance to it, carefully plans, overcomes manpower shortages, leverages the comprehensive coordination advantages of versatile manufacturing personnel, closely connects with user production operation departments, confirms technical solutions, and ensures comprehensive project management to ensure the overall smooth progress of the Hongqi project.

The Prosperity Factory is a benchmark factory for the Hongqi brand. To highlight the essence of Hongqi brand culture, the person in charge of this module closely cooperates with various parties including the group engineering and logistics department and Hongqi factory. After seven rounds of design and optimization, a modern office furniture plan with Hongqi characteristics was finally confirmed.
Over 3,000 debugging samples were delivered on time to fully ensure the debugging of process equipment.
Since April this year, as installation work approaches completion, trial operation work for various process equipment in the five major workshops of stamping, welding, painting, and assembly has been gradually carried out. The timely arrival of debugging samples is one of the important prerequisites for ensuring equipment debugging. The manufacturing technology institute has developed a one-on-one strategy to verify equipment debugging nodes with each professional leader individually. By leveraging team wisdom and overcoming shortages in debugging sample loading tools, they ensured that a large number of diverse debugging samples were delivered on time to the production line next to the Prosperity Factory for debugging. So far, over 130 instances have been completed with nearly 3,000 debugging samples scheduled and distributed, providing solid logistical support for process equipment debugging. Additionally, a dedicated coding system has been established for over 1,500 types of tools and over 3,000 types of debugging samples in the joint trial operation module to ensure compatibility with the company's D3 management platform and compliance audit work.
As work progresses in the joint trial operation and office furniture sector, the exploration of new fields further confirms that No. 9 Institute is a cradle of the automotive industry.
