The Hongqi Prosperity Factory's welding workshop covers an area of 74,448 square meters, with a planned standard production capacity of 60 JPH, equipped with 628 robots and an automation rate of 100% for welding points. The Prosperity welding workshop combines high-end intelligent equipment with advanced process technology, driven by digital technology innovation, creating an intelligent, flexible, and green workshop. Prosperity welding has pioneered the concept of 'adaptive production chain' in the automotive industry's welding mass production line, breaking the bottleneck of fixed model numbers in traditional production lines. It employs a collaborative model of 'AGV + sandwich tooling + three-dimensional warehouse', combined with flexible switching docking devices, allowing for convenient introduction and switching of fixtures both inside and outside the line, while also utilizing NC flexible positioning devices.
The main welding line's body skeleton merging station adopts an advanced high-flexibility GATE + three-sided turntable three-dimensional warehouse structure, meeting a production capacity of 60 JPH. It can achieve simultaneous online production of four models, which can be switched randomly. Additionally, through internal and external switching mechanisms, it allows for any model switching both inside and outside the line, reducing the difficulty of introducing new models.
The side wall line uses advanced innovative technology of intelligent flexible fixtures and three-dimensional warehouses, perfectly solving issues such as large fixture footprint and long switching times during multi-model co-line production. The footprint is reduced by 40% compared to traditional rigid lines, making it an important technical support for random mixed-flow production.
The adjustment line has pioneered adaptive VIN automatic stamping technology in the industry. By integrating data sensors on the stamping machine and combining image detection methods, it can quickly identify the shape, size, depth, and integrity of the VIN code. This allows for body positioning without precise localization; the stamping machine's position adjusts adaptively according to the body's position and angle, ensuring 100% compliance of the VIN code. The use of highly flexible equipment in various areas of the workshop fully realizes flexible mixed-flow production without restrictions on models or platforms in the welding workshop, marking a significant enhancement in the ability of the Ninth Institute to assist the Hongqi brand in creating exceptional products!
