Recently, the final acceptance work for the new project of the electrophoretic coating line for Changchun Fengyue Company, undertaken by our company, was successfully completed.
The main equipment of this electrophoretic coating line includes: pretreatment device, electrophoresis device, drying oven, overhead conveyor trolley, ground conveyor chain, and the electrical control system compatible with each device. This production line has been further optimized based on previous component coating lines, achieving low-cost equipment construction, low-cost equipment operation, and low emissions of waste. It meets the production needs of 8 categories of UNIT workpieces for Changchun Fengyue Company and is of great significance for further improving the production capacity of the component workshop.
The project began installation on March 22, 2020. Since entering the site, the project team has worked day and night, remained on-site, faced difficulties without fear, and closely cooperated with supplier personnel to ensure the progress and quality of construction and debugging while achieving zero accidents in safety. On September 1, 2020, the project achieved its first piece offline, providing strong support for the normal production launch of the production line; on November 9 of the same year, the project was successfully handed over and put into full production. In July 2021, the final acceptance payment for the equipment was completed. During this period, the company received a letter of thanks from the owner, and the production line received full recognition and high praise from them.
During the implementation of the project, the project team meticulously controlled various objectives: ensuring construction progress through telephone accounts, visual boards, and morning/evening meeting systems; strictly controlling construction quality through quality disclosure, quality inspections, and tracking issues; and rigorously ensuring construction safety through safety meetings, safety inspections, and full supervision. The project management level and effectiveness demonstrated by the Jiu Yuan Fengyue project team have become a benchmark among many contractors in the FAW Toyota system. At the same time, during the pandemic period, the project team cooperated well with the owner's efforts to respond to epidemic prevention work, strictly managed to prioritize safety in production; truly achieving simultaneous control over progress, quality, and safety fully reflects our company's management level and comprehensive strength.
The project team will continue to strengthen close cooperation among professionals to provide good service for the project's warranty period.
