Recently, the cloud open day hosted by China FAW South Africa officially started at the Kuha factory in South Africa. This is also the first time that the China FAW South Africa factory has opened to the public, showcasing China's first large-scale overseas production base in a multi-angle and three-dimensional video format.

The Kuha factory in South Africa was contracted by the Ninth Institute of Machinery and was officially completed and put into production in 2014. It covers an area of more than 87,000 square meters, with a total construction area of more than 30,000 square meters, serving as a truck production factory for nearly ten countries in Southern and Eastern Africa.
Since its production began, the Kuha factory has continuously supplied high-quality talent to the local automotive industry, directly creating 240 jobs and indirectly driving over 1,500 jobs. With its high quality, sales in the South African market have grown against the trend. In recent years, it has consistently achieved over a thousand units in imports and terminal sales, receiving high praise from the South African government and local society, being hailed as a 'model of China-South Africa cooperation.'
