[Wang Jianhui reported] On the morning of August 22, our college held a meeting for new university graduates in the conference room on the 4th floor of East Building. Liu Songping, General Manager of the Ninth Institute, Liu Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, Tian Wenbiao, Deputy General Manager, Yang Yumin, Deputy General Manager, as well as leaders from various departments, branches, and subsidiaries attended the meeting, with 17 new employees participating. The meeting was hosted by Dong Jinghua, Minister of the Comprehensive Management Department.

At the meeting, Dong Jinghua introduced the overall situation of new employee recruitment in 2014. This year, the Ninth Institute recruited a total of 17 new graduates, including 11 master's degree holders and 6 bachelor's degree holders, with an average age of 25, coming from 8 well-known domestic and foreign universities.

NineLiu Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Ninth Institute, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the institute's leadership and Party Committee, expressing three expectations for the new employees: first, to establish and firmly uphold their professional ideals, take on responsibilities, and pursue truth; second, to learn humbly, accumulate experience, combine theory with practice, and implement work effectively; third, to balance work and rest, actively participate in various cultural and sports activities, live happily, and work healthily. During the meeting, the 17 new employees introduced themselves one by one. Among them, new employee Gong Jianhong spoke on behalf of all new employees at the meeting, stating that they would study diligently and work steadily to quickly integrate into the large collective of the Ninth Institute and become capable professionals in their fields as soon as possible to contribute their share to the Ninth Institute.

Liu Songping, General Manager of the Ninth Institute, introduced various aspects of the institute's specific situation including its development history, expert team, and business scope. He hoped that new employees would firmly establish a grand ideal for revitalizing the national automotive industry and a lofty ambition to support the development blueprint of the Ninth Institute. He encouraged them to practice the cultural concepts of 'awareness of responsibility, team spirit, and innovation' as well as the core value of 'taking user needs as our own responsibility and creating competitiveness for users' in their learning and work to grow quickly and make new and greater contributions to building a better tomorrow for the Ninth Institute.
