On the morning of July 13, Wu Jingping, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, Li Weishu, Vice Mayor of Changchun City, Zhao Haifeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government, Zhu Guangming, Director of the Management Committee of the Automobile Development Zone, Liu Renyuan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, and leaders from various departments of the province, city, and automobile development zone visited the company for research. General Manager Liu Shixin first introduced the history and evolution of the Ninth Institute, its equity structure, business scope, governance structure, personnel situation, operational status, core technical capabilities, and major project achievements. He expressed gratitude to the Jilin Provincial Government, Changchun Municipal Government, and the Management Committee of the Automobile Development Zone for their attention and support for the development of the Ninth Institute.
Vice Governor Wu Jingping listened to the introduction of the Ninth Institute's development situation and learned in detail about its market conditions, revenue scale, tax payment status, etc., fully affirming the achievements made by the Ninth Institute. He pointed out that the Ninth Institute is a nationally renowned automotive factory design institute and plays an important supporting role in accelerating the realization of the 'Changchun International Automobile City' strategy. In the future, the Ninth Institute should focus on the automotive industry while expanding into other industries, extending development towards intelligence, seizing market opportunities, being brave in transformation and upgrading, and developing into a comprehensive design institute. He stated that the Jilin Provincial Government, Changchun Municipal Government, and Management Committee of the Automobile Development Zone will provide full support for the development of the Ninth Institute, especially in aspects such as its future listing, undertaking major construction projects in Jilin Province, and handling engineering project procedures.
