The three-party branch co-construction celebrates the centenary. On July 5, Shao Dan, the leader of the welding professional group at the Manufacturing Technology Institute, led welding professionals to exchange ideas on the theme of welding automation with the Technical Development Department of Jiefang Company. Relevant planners from Jiefang and lecturers from the Ninth Institute had a heated discussion. This was the first exchange after the launch of the three-party "cooperation optimization and enhancement" party building activity between the Party General Branch of the Manufacturing Technology Institute, the Party Branch of the Business Center, and the Party General Branch of the Technical Development Department of Jiefang.
The launch meeting for the party building activity was held in early June, attended by leaders such as Fang Jinliang and Li Dehua from the Technical Development Department of Jiefang, as well as various professional planners, and leaders like Shi Fu and Lu Zhendong from the company, totaling more than 20 participants. The meeting clarified the goals and work plans for the co-construction activities. Jiefang and the Ninth Institute will exchange and learn about work requirements and considerations for each process at various project stages while also collecting new demands from Jiefang to comprehensively optimize and enhance cooperation between both parties.
After the launch meeting, under the leadership of party building activity coordinators Fu Yongjie and Yang Xiaolin, group leaders and key technical personnel from various professional groups at the Manufacturing Technology Institute carefully planned and fully prepared explanatory materials for the party building exchange activities. The Manufacturing Institute of the Ninth Institute will send out its most professional "lecturers" to conduct face-to-face exchanges and in-depth discussions with various process departments of Jiefang starting in July, with one specialty per theme over multiple sessions.
This branch co-construction activity will leverage the dual role of party building promoting business and business promoting party building, adhering to a problem-oriented approach, fully communicating and exchanging ideas, optimizing cooperation models, enhancing cooperation efficiency, deepening cooperative relationships, and contributing wisdom and strength to promote efficient project implementation and mutual development between both units.
