The Ninth Institute successfully hosted the experience exchange seminar for surveying and design enterprises in Jilin Province.

On the day of Mengxia, all things flourish. On May 20, over 30 leaders and experts from the Jilin Provincial Survey and Design Association and 13 survey and design units in Jilin Province gathered at the Ninth Institute to exchange and share development experiences, discussing plans for "high-quality development." The exchange seminar was hosted by Li Yunsheng, Deputy General Manager of the Ninth Institute.
This experience exchange seminar was organized by the Jilin Provincial Survey and Design Association and hosted by the Ninth Institute. The meeting consisted of two parts: on-site visits and conference discussions. At the project command center and construction site, Yang Yumin, Director and Deputy General Manager of the Ninth Institute, introduced the overall construction situation of the project to the attending leaders and experts, while the heads of civil engineering and battery projects respectively reported on the construction progress of each factory building and battery workshop.
At the exchange seminar, Liu Shixin, Director, General Manager, and Party Secretary of the Ninth Institute, delivered a speech on behalf of the company and introduced the basic situation of the Ninth Institute. Liu stated that as a professional institute for planning, design, and construction of automobile factories in China, the Ninth Institute has adhered to the concept of "self-reliance and open cooperation" since its establishment. Through learning exchanges and independent innovation, it has established a relatively complete theoretical system for planning, design, and construction of automobile factories. The Ninth Institute will closely focus on supporting FAW's development and the construction of Changchun International Automobile City, vigorously carry out technological innovation and business model innovation, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with peers in the province, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of Jilin's survey and design industry. Yang Yumin provided an experience introduction on the general contracting situation from five aspects: general contracting overview, management situation, project capabilities, project management experience, and management pain points. Li Yunsheng introduced technical research and development from four aspects: technological development history, core technologies and products developed, experiences and gains in technological innovation, and thoughts on future technological development.
During the exchange discussion phase, attending leaders and experts discussed corporate development strategies, general contracting management, and technological innovation. General Managers Liu, Yang, and Li provided detailed answers to questions raised by everyone based on the actual work of the Ninth Institute. Wang Xin, Chairman of the Provincial Survey and Design Association, and Xie Yingwen, Secretary-General, respectively delivered speeches expressing heartfelt thanks for the high-quality organization of this exchange seminar by the Ninth Institute. They congratulated the Ninth Institute on its development achievements and stated that the association will continue to play a positive role in building platforms and bridges for communication among member units to promote exchanges and cooperation between enterprises.
At this experience exchange seminar, talents from across the provincial survey and design industry gathered together to brainstorm ideas freely. They actively contributed wisdom and experience to promote high-quality development in Jilin's survey and design industry. This exchange seminar was a complete success!
