United in purpose and strength - A glimpse of the mechanical engineering department's "May Day" renovation project.

The "May Day" Golden Week signifies the golden period for renovation project construction. The various teams of mechanization at the Ninth Institute seized this golden opportunity, united in spirit and effort, and fought on the front lines of various renovation projects, completing all on-site work tasks with quality and quantity on time, delivering a satisfactory answer to the owners.
The adaptive renovation project of the DG&LE production line in the GAC Mitsubishi assembly workshop in Changsha, Hunan, is our company's first cooperation project with GAC Group. The renovation period for this project is only during the "May Day" holiday, and the renovation content includes more than ten sub-items such as chassis second line, assembly line, engine & EMS line, and seat line. It is a typical project with "tight schedule and heavy tasks." Under the leadership of project manager Huang Dawei, team members Xie Kuiying, Yang Xiaodong, and Qiu Guangwei fully demonstrated the spirit of mechanization workers who are "not afraid of hardship or fatigue," leading construction personnel to work over 14 hours a day, adhering to high standards of safety management. They overcame numerous difficulties such as complex on-site renovation content and tight construction progress, successfully completing the on-site renovation tasks and receiving high recognition from relevant cooperation departments of GAC Mitsubishi, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the Ninth Institute and GAC Group.
In the Xiaopeng Motors assembly workshop in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, on the morning of May 1st, our project team members Mao Yongsheng, Ma Junhui, Wang Haopan, Gou Yanchun, and the construction team arrived early at the site to begin a five-day production halt renovation construction work. During the previous 15 days of night shift construction, due to production and site limitations, the installation efficiency was low, completing only 20% of the total steel platform project volume. There was an urgent need to make up for lost construction progress during the "May Day" period. The project team overcame difficulties such as cross-construction on-site and temporary changes in production plans. In these five days, they completed 60% of the total steel platform project volume, laying a good foundation for subsequent construction and ensuring that the overall project could be completed on time.
In the water-based paint renovation project at FAW-Volkswagen's second plant in Changchun, Jilin, the mechanization specialty mainly undertakes renovations related to external transportation of spray booths, integration of new models for pass-through capability, transportation line renovations, transferring painting capacity from the second plant to the first plant and Q factory painting. This project's renovation content is complex; it involves painting workshops across three factories at FAW-Volkswagen's Changchun base with different cooperating personnel, bringing many inconveniences to project implementation and coordination. The mechanization project team led by Mu Xiaoye and Sun Yuting consists of construction personnel from Landi Company. After their careful planning and intense construction efforts, they completed the planned renovation tasks on time during the "May Day" period while also assisting the owner in completing a batch of vehicle transfers, maintaining good customer relations for the company.
During this golden construction period, the Changchun Hongqi H total renovation project is also undergoing intensive rectification work. Mechanization project team members Cao Hui and Wang Bomin led Landi Company's construction personnel to concentrate on solving issues discovered during nearly one phase of equipment use, laying a good foundation for our company to advance project acceptance work.
During this "May Day" short holiday, members of the mechanization engineering department's project team worked together with unity of purpose and determination to successfully complete all established renovation work tasks, adding a significant achievement to our company's performance in renovation engineering projects.
