Ninth Institute Project Update | The electrophoretic debugging and topcoat debugging of the FAW Ulsan plant's Coating Four project have both been successful!

On March 15, the first electrophoretic vehicle and the first topcoat vehicle of the new construction project of the paint shop No. 4 at the FAW Ulsan factory, undertaken by the Ninth Institute, rolled off the production line. Deputy General Manager Zhang Xiaosheng, Director Bai Yang, and Chief Liu Donglin from the Engineering and Production Logistics Department of FAW Group, along with Deputy Factory Director Shu Bo and Director Yang Dongxu from the Ulsan factory, as well as Deputy General Manager Mu Xuefeng and the project team, attended the off-line ceremony. General Zhang, Factory Director Shu, and General Mu delivered enthusiastic speeches respectively.
To ensure key milestones of the project, under the care and strong support of company leaders, various specialties collaborated to overcome difficulties. This young project team from the Ninth Institute, mainly composed of post-90s members, has been conducting equipment debugging work in double shifts continuously since the Spring Festival, finally achieving the smooth delivery of the first qualified topcoat vehicle body. The Engineering and Logistics Production Department of the group and the Ulsan factory fully affirmed the current debugging results of the Ninth Institute. All project team members on site will continue to unite and strive to achieve project goals.
