On March 1, 2021, the installation project for the painting workshop of the FAW Hongqi New Energy Prosperity Factory officially commenced. Bai Yang, Director of the Engineering and Production Logistics Department of FAW Group, and Cui Zhaojun, Dean of the Equipment Engineering Institute of the Ninth Academy, along with Hu Chenglin, Minister of the Non-standard Equipment Department, attended the installation kickoff meeting.
At the project installation kickoff meeting, Dean Cui Zhaojun delivered an inspiring speech, pointing out that the FAW Hongqi New Energy Prosperity Factory project is the most important project since the establishment of the Ninth Academy. He urged the project team to strengthen planning efforts, ensure daily completion of work, uphold contractual spirit, and strive to create a model project for the Ninth Academy with high quality and efficiency. Bai Yang, Director of the Engineering and Production Logistics Department of FAW Group, expressed that the group hopes to build the Hongqi Prosperity Factory into a super factory for national car Hongqi New Energy. In the construction work of the new factory, the Ninth Academy and the engineering department will unite and work together to successfully complete the construction of the painting workshop and ensure that the first vehicle with topcoat rolls off the production line by August 10, 2021.
After the kickoff meeting, a simple yet grand ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the construction site. The Engineering Department of FAW Group, the Ninth Academy, and various subcontractors witnessed the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the first beam of the pretreatment electrophoresis equipment being officially hoisted and installed, marking the official start of construction installation work in the painting workshop.
For the painting workshop project at Prosperity Factory, the painting project team from the Ninth Academy will utilize advanced design concepts and scientific management principles to transform the Hongqi national car new energy project into a benchmark project in terms of intelligence, digitalization, and environmental protection, contributing to and enhancing the development of national car Hongqi!
