Full speed ahead | The Ninth Academy people are working hard on bidding design projects during the Spring Festival.

The war drums urge people to hurry, and without waiting for the whip, they spur their hooves. To ensure the progress of bidding and design projects, many employees from various departments of the Ninth Institute chose to stay on the front line during the Spring Festival, racing against time to compete in the market and draw blueprints.

A few days before the Spring Festival, we received nearly ten bidding documents for projects, requiring us to send out the bidding documents as soon as we returned to work after the holiday.

After receiving the bidding documents for a certain automotive parts industrial park project, Senior Comprehensive Chief Li Chengguo led team members to organize multiple rounds of discussions and continuously optimize the plan. Team members Wei Zhijun, Chen Sijia, Du Qinghui, Xue Wei, Shan Huanzhong, Ma Yanlong, Xiao Lingli, Li Qiushi, Fang He, He Junting, and others efficiently and qualitatively prepared the bidding documents and presentation PPT files, ultimately completing all tasks excellently before the seventh day of the Lunar New Year.

Another project was equally urgent. After receiving the bidding information, Minister Li Rongjun from the Business Center immediately led his team in pre-bid planning. Business Manager Wang Hui carefully analyzed market conditions and raced against time to write the business bid document. Design Manager Wang Liyan studied the bidding documents thoroughly and worked closely with Project Management Department's Zhang Meng and Shi Jingrun to carefully draft the technical bid documents, ensuring that the bidding documents were completed on time and efficiently. The equipment team, led by elite members such as Meng Shuting, Liu Jinyong, Li Bo, and Wang Yu, worked day and night to complete a design plan for new pre-treatment electrophoresis conveying equipment in just two weeks and conducted technical Q&A feedback with the client on February 10. During the Spring Festival, the bidding team continuously improved the design plan and conducted multiple rounds of price optimization.

There was another project where we received a design resource instruction on the twenty-eighth day of the twelfth lunar month and a quotation instruction on the twenty-ninth day. The equipment bidding team composed of Qin Yuping, Gong Yaoqing, Yu Xiaobing, and Zhao Yingmiao raced against time to 'work overtime across New Year', completing resource provision on time on the first day of the Lunar New Year, finishing engineering institute-level review on the fifth day, and submitting formal bidding quotations on the sixth day, successfully completing their tasks.

All bidding teams worked with full energy and without rest to complete all work tasks with high quality.

At the same time, various design tasks came pouring in.

The design work for Geely Smart New Energy Vehicle Project (Jinan) officially started before the Spring Festival. The user requested that construction drawings for the assembly workshop be designed first and that materials be submitted before the seventh day of the Lunar New Year. Assembly specialist Xiao Lingli closely cooperated with the owner to timely lock in process plans and details. The vertical design of this project is extremely complex. General layout specialists Yang Qiang and Li Xinrui conducted multiple scheme comparisons regarding issues such as elevation connections between logistics centers and assembly workshops as well as fire safety issues together with Chief Sun Hui to continuously optimize. On the seventh day when users returned to work, they proactively introduced their plans to users via video conference. The team's work style was admired by clients, and their plans were recognized by users. Wang Ping and Yang Zhenxing from the Construction Department arrived at work on the second day of Lunar New Year to work overtime in coordination with other professionals in technology and construction. They ultimately completed architectural elevation drawings, roof drawings, and smoke exhaust designs by the sixth day, further deepening construction drawing plans.

The FAW Jiefang commercial vehicle Guanghan base project faced unfavorable factors such as a short design cycle, many sub-items, and incomplete input materials. The Manufacturing Technology Institute team effectively integrated experiences from projects like Qingqi Phase II and Liutech during the Spring Festival holiday to organize completion of site earthwork engineering plans, external roads for factory areas, public utility medium requirements for external networks, confirmation of painting equipment general layout, submission of main plant structure and trunk line design materials as well as elevation confirmation and construction drawing coordination. The efforts of members such as Fu Yongjie, Wang Lin, Xie Yuheng, Ji Liang ensured that engineering commenced on time while creating conditions for our institute to secure first batch EPC general contracting for projects.

For a certain commercial vehicle assembly project during the Spring Festival holiday, equipment institute members Mao Yongsheng, Shi Yongli, and Xiao Yougen optimized design plans multiple times to reduce costs while repeatedly comparing subcontract prices and reasonably planning subcontract strategies to achieve excellence while reporting competitive prices.

Designers remained focused on their goals and collaborated effectively to deliver satisfactory results. These are just snapshots from during the holiday; many more colleagues silently contributed at their posts.
