On January 29, the company held the 2020 annual summary and commendation conference. Members of the company's leadership team, all senior managers, secondary managers, chief engineers and above, as well as the chairpersons of the labor unions attended the meeting in the main venue, while employees watched the conference through video live streaming. The meeting was hosted by Deputy General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Labor Union Chairman Dong Jinghua.

The meeting reviewed and summarized the company's work in 2020 via video and made relevant arrangements for work in 2021. Deputy General Manager Dong Jinghua announced the commendation decisions, recognizing five categories of advanced collectives and model employees for 2020: advanced collectives, excellent project teams, outstanding key projects, quality improvement awards, and digital breakthrough awards; as well as six categories of outstanding individuals: excellent project managers, outstanding employees, market development contribution awards, customer maintenance contribution awards, and significant contributions to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Company General Manager and Party Secretary Liu Shixin, along with Deputy General Managers Yang Yumin, Mu Xuefeng, and Li Yunsheng presented awards to the winning collectives and individuals.

The year 2020 was a milestone year for the company's development. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 prompted us to fully implement epidemic prevention measures, resume work and production ahead of others, complete mixed-ownership reform, and invigorate overall vitality. In the face of market downturns, industrial upgrades, and intensified competition, we continuously optimized our business structure and layout. Key project construction progressed at full speed as planned, accelerating the growth of new development momentum. Our brand influence expanded rapidly, achieving extraordinary results with a contract amount exceeding 10 billion yuan and successfully completing all key work tasks for the year. At the commendation meeting, all senior managers came on stage to celebrate the New Year. General Manager Liu Shixin delivered a speech expressing high respect to all employees and their families who worked hard in various positions throughout 2020. He hoped that all employees would unite sincerely, overcome difficulties together, seize opportunities to create miracles again, continue to write new chapters, and steadfastly advance towards the vision of becoming an 'international first-class domestic leading automotive engineering service company'!
