Ninth Institute Project Update | FAW Hongqi New Energy Vehicle Factory Welding Workshop Mechanical Steel Structure Construction Commenced

On December 31, the mechanized steel structure construction of the welding workshop for the FAW Hongqi New Energy Vehicle Factory project commenced. The ceremony was attended by over 50 people, including Wei Jun, Director of the Welding Process Department (Project Manager) of the Engineering and Production Logistics Department of FAW Group, project teams from the Ninth Institute led by Project Manager Li Honghai, the General Manager of San Chuang and their project team, and the project manager from Yijia Sanfeng. The ceremony was hosted by Sun Deshuang, the mechanization leader of the Ninth Institute project team.
First, Wei Jun provided a detailed introduction to the importance and background of the project. He fully acknowledged the mechanized steel structure team's ability to overcome difficulties and enter the site on schedule under such harsh external conditions, while also hoping that all project teams would complete their work with quality and quantity during the installation process. Li Honghai gave a detailed introduction regarding the current progress of the project and the next steps, especially concerning the current pandemic and related safety work plans, and required project team members to complete every task with high quality according to the requirements of Hongqi and the Ninth Institute. The representative of the construction unit also expressed their commitment to adhering to the principle of 'serving users with high quality and willing to cooperate for mutual benefit,' following regulations, conducting civilized construction, striving for quality projects through practical actions, building a good company image, and successfully completing this task.
Accompanied by the sound of firecrackers, a main auxiliary beam was slowly installed on site, marking the official commencement of the mechanized steel structure construction for the welding workshop of the FAW Hongqi New Energy Vehicle Factory project, with equipment manufacturers officially entering for installation.
