The company's trade union held its tenth member representative conference grandly.

On December 25, the formal meeting of the 10th Member Representative Assembly of the company's trade union was grandly held in the report hall of Building 2. Zheng Qingyi, Executive Vice Chairman of the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, Zhao Yajiao, Deputy Director of the Employee Service Center, Zhao Chengji, Vice Chairman of the Dongfeng Street Federation of Trade Unions, and other leaders from higher-level trade unions attended the meeting, along with official representatives from the company.
The meeting was hosted by Mu Xuefeng, the company's deputy general manager. Zheng Qingyi congratulated the successful convening of the conference on behalf of the Federation of Trade Unions in the Automobile Development Zone and proposed work requirements for the trade union in three aspects: building five platforms for trade union organization, establishing a three-level service system for employees, and enhancing employee skills. He hoped that the various platforms created by the Federation would be better applied within the company, that all work mechanisms and activity carriers would effectively support the company's operational development, and that all work content would bring employees more sense of gain, achievement, and presence.
Dong Jinghua, Deputy General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the trade union, delivered a work report titled "Unite and Strive to Mobilize a Broad Range of Cadres and Employees to Work Hard to Build an International First-Class and Domestically Leading Automotive Engineering Service Company." The report reviewed the main achievements since the 9th Member Representative Assembly in seven aspects: first, vigorously promoting the spirit of model workers to lead stable development; second, improving talent training mechanisms to enhance employee quality; third, serving the overall situation around central work to lead employees in making contributions; fourth, deeply promoting happiness projects to enrich employees' cultural lives; fifth, building a harmonious enterprise to enhance employees' sense of happiness and gain; sixth, advancing democratic management to smooth communication channels for employees; seventh, strengthening trade union self-construction to fully promote reform and innovation in trade unions. In the next five years, the company’s trade union will be guided by the company's strategic planning and take advantage of changes in company mechanisms and systems to focus on four main lines: "Ideological Guidance, Focusing on Central Work, Serving Employees, and Strengthening Foundations," effectively enhancing historical mission awareness, political responsibility awareness, and work urgency awareness to contribute to building an international first-class and domestically leading automotive engineering service company.
The conference elected the 10th Committee of the Company’s Trade Union and the Financial Review Committee.
Liu Shixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, expressed three hopes on behalf of the company’s Party Committee during his speech: first, to remember the purpose of work and closely connect with and sincerely serve a broad range of employees; second, to achieve innovation and development in trade union work around central tasks; third, to strengthen self-construction to help create a harmonious and stable development environment.
