Recently, our company's EPC general contracting project for the FUSAI Automotive Electronics Technology Park has successfully completed the cold enclosure of the factory building and is equipped with heating conditions.
The factory building of the FUSAI Automotive Electronics Technology Park project is a two-story cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, with the outer protective structure made of horizontally hung metal composite panels. Each floor height exceeds 8 meters, making it a super high formwork and support project, and the pool depth exceeds 6 meters, classifying it as a deep foundation pit project. The project began pile testing on August 9, 2020, and completed cold enclosure on December 3, 2020. During the construction of the factory, it experienced three once-in-a-century typhoons, and there were multiple municipal pipelines underground that needed to be relocated (the government completed the pipeline relocation on October 10, 2020). The transportation route was restricted due to subway construction, and in November 2020, it also faced rare sleet and severe weather. In the face of harsh environments, limited site conditions, tight schedules, and overlapping operations, the project team and civil engineering subcontractors worked together to overcome difficulties, optimize design plans, repeatedly and meticulously discuss construction plans, carefully deploy personnel, materials, and machinery, and work overtime continuously to provide strong guarantees for the project's safe, quality, and timely implementation.
The FUSAI Automotive Electronics Technology Park project is an important project for Jilin Province and FAW Group to enhance independent research and development capabilities. The project is located in the core area of the Automotive Development Zone and has attracted significant attention from all sectors. The smooth implementation of this project is of great significance for the Ninth Academy to expand its EPC general contracting market in the components sector.
The completion date for the factory building is March 30, 2021, and the overall completion date is July 30, 2021. The project has a tight schedule and heavy workload. The project team will continue to work hard to successfully complete the construction tasks!
