On November 11, 2020, at the final meeting of the company's upgraded quality management system certification and three-system audit held in the report hall on the fifth floor of Building 2, the Beijing Zhongshe audit team announced the audit results. The company successfully passed the upgraded quality management system AAA audit with a total score of 874.6 points. The company's management system continues to meet the requirements of GB/T19001-2016, GB/T24001-2016, and GB/T45001-2020 standards, and the system operation remains effective. It is agreed to recommend that the Ninth Institute and Landi Company maintain their certification registration for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems and reissue the occupational health and safety management system certification certificate.
This external audit combined traditional three-system audits with graded certification audits while completing the re-evaluation of the Ninth Institute and Landi's occupational health and safety management system (GB/T45001-2020). This work received high attention from company leaders and various departments. The technical center organized all departments to carefully plan, prepare diligently, and fully cooperate, effectively ensuring the smooth progress of the external audit. A total of 13 modules were audited for graded certification, along with two products: engineering design and general contracting. There were 50 highlights identified, 94 issues raised, and 81 suggestions made, with a total score increase of 7.2 points compared to last year.
To prepare for this external audit, at the beginning of the year, the technical center developed a three-system construction plan for 2020. Company leaders carefully planned this initiative, and all functional departments revised 209 three-system documents according to graded certification evaluation standards and GB/T45001-2020 requirements. They also earnestly rectified issues and suggestions raised during the graded certification in 2019. For the first time, the technical center organized an annual internal audit of the three systems according to graded certification standards, conducting a comprehensive check on the operation of the three systems. A total of 37 issues were identified and corrected, laying a solid foundation for successfully passing the external audit.
The year 2020 marks the first year of company restructuring. "When opportunities arise, everyone works together," leading to historic achievements in operations. In response to heavy production tasks and increasingly high standards from customers, the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" proposed two core elements: "quality" and "speed." A strong system capability will fundamentally guarantee the realization of these core elements. The issues raised in this external audit further indicate deficiencies in the company's system operation and directions for improvement. Everyone in the company needs to work together diligently to rectify issues promptly and continuously promote improvements in management systems and performance, contributing to high-quality development.
