The new black top line project in the painting workshop of FAW-Volkswagen's Changchun factory successfully achieved SOP.

On the morning of August 26, amidst cheers and applause, the SOP offline ceremony for the newly built Black Top Line project CC and CC wagon at the FAW-Volkswagen Changchun factory's painting workshop was successfully held. Attendees included FAW-Volkswagen Planning Director Yu Wenchao, Production Director Menges, Assistant General Manager of the Ninth Institute and General Manager of the Business Center Shi Fu, Assistant Dean of the Equipment Engineering Institute Song Wei, and representatives from various project leaders in planning and production and maintenance personnel from the painting workshop. This marks another important milestone for the Black Top Line project following the first vehicle offline on July 1, indicating that through the hard work of FAW-Volkswagen and Ninth Institute personnel, the Black Top Line workshop has passed the quality assurance verification phase and successfully achieved SOP two weeks ahead of schedule, fully demonstrating its production capability.
At the end of April this year, a joint construction activity among the Party branches of Equipment Landi, FAW-Volkswagen Painting Workshop No. 2, and the Painting Planning Department was launched to promote a smooth production start as a common goal, which has now been largely achieved. During the ceremony, Manager Sun Guilin from FAW-Volkswagen's Painting Planning Department introduced the overall situation of the Black Top Line from three aspects: applying advanced technology, reducing cost input, and vehicle spraying test functions, fully affirming the hard work and achievements of all members. Secretary Chen Aigang from FAW-Volkswagen Painting Workshop No. 2 expressed joy over the results achieved by the Black Top Line while also raising higher expectations for the project team. Shi Fu and Song Wei accompanied the owner to inspect the black top painting line and made clear requirements for the project team's subsequent support work.
"There will be times when we break through waves and winds, directly hoisting our sails to cross the vast sea." The project team members fully demonstrated their spirit of not fearing hardship and facing challenges head-on, paving a smooth path through obstacles to successfully achieve project SOP. In the next step, the project team will optimize line operation and begin training for support production. All members will continue to work hard with high-level technology and precise value-added services to meet customer needs and help FAW-Volkswagen create brilliance again!
