On July 23, at the Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. Technical Department PE meeting and the Japan Toyota China Technical Center Safety and Environmental Protection Department discussion, FAW Toyota's Section Chief Li Jun presented a banner inscribed with 'enthusiastic service, high-quality and efficient work' to the New Energy Design Team of the Ninth Institute, fully recognizing their work on the project.
The new energy plant construction project of Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. is a project that our institute began designing on-site since September 2019. Currently, about 90% of the pile foundation for Phase I Section A, which covers approximately 300,000 square meters, has been completed, and 80% of pile testing has been finished. The excavation acceptance is expected to be completed by mid-August.
During the close collaboration with clients, the project team overcame difficulties and continuously innovated. Through constant coordination and efforts in various stages such as input, confirmation, drawing review, cost estimation, Q&A, and changes, they managed to save nearly 30 million yuan in costs just for the pile foundation alone, gaining client recognition and trust, which lays a foundation for the sustainable operation of subsequent projects.
As of now, there are still 10 members of the project team stationed on-site. The next step will be to further strengthen user cooperation based on previous efforts, solidify on-site service levels, ensure that 'everything has a follow-up and every issue receives feedback', effectively enhancing customer satisfaction and sense of gain, and contributing to the development of our clients!
