On May 11, the Jilin Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the credit rating results for surveying and design units in Jilin Province for the year 2019. The Ninth Institute stood out among 559 participating units in the province, ranking first among 34 units with excellent credit ratings, and also received the AAA credit rating mark for surveying and design units in Jilin Province, along with a certificate of honor for excellent surveying and design enterprises in Jilin Province.
This credit rating is the first evaluation after the revision of the 'Management Measures for Credit Rating of Surveying and Design Units in Jilin Province'. Each surveying and design unit submitted self-evaluation materials to the Jilin Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, which combined last year's evaluation results, opinions from municipal (prefectural) construction authorities, comprehensive scoring from construction drawing review agencies, national and provincial quality inspection results, statistical annual report information, etc., to conduct credit evaluations for surveying and design units across the province. The credit rating content includes four major aspects: market behavior, quality behavior, technological progress, and public welfare. The company scored highly in all 15 rating criteria, including annual output value created by the enterprise, actively expanding surveying and design business outside the province and abroad, improving quality and safety management systems, and receiving awards for technological progress and excellent engineering surveying and design.
The Ninth Institute receiving this honor means it meets important conditions for being selected as an advanced enterprise by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the China Association of Surveying and Design, as well as outstanding entrepreneurs. It has gained priority in various honor selections conducted at the national, provincial, and industry levels, such as famous trademarks and well-known enterprises. Additionally, it will receive more policy support from Jilin Province in areas such as market expansion inside and outside Jilin Province, seeking tax incentives and exemptions, handling enterprise qualification qualifications, and talent introduction.
