To deeply implement the company's 2020 work outline and solidify the foundation for achieving performance targets, on April 3rd, the company held a full-day meeting in the third conference room of Building 1 to discuss the implementation of the 2020 work outline. The meeting listened to the key ideas, main measures, work plans, and required resource support from various centers, engineering institutes, and functional departments to comprehensively coordinate and promote the solid and detailed execution of key tasks, ensuring the annual goals are met. The company's general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee, Liu Shixin, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the company's assistant general manager and general manager of the business center, Shi Fu, provided an in-depth report from three dimensions: marketing and customer service management, production management, and safety management. He emphasized specific measures for establishing overseas project teams and a project reward and punishment mechanism, strengthening contract management, and building a project information management system. The company's assistant general manager and general manager of the technical center, as well as the dean of the manufacturing technology institute, Li Huafeng, focused on reporting major work plans in quality control, brand building, technology development, technology platform construction, knowledge management, and digital transformation.

Zhang Kuiqi, general manager of the procurement center, reported on key aspects in line with company outline requirements regarding procurement system construction, database construction, procurement strategies under non-bidding circumstances, and reducing procurement costs. Lu Zhendong, assistant dean of the manufacturing technology institute, provided a detailed report on market development, technology development, infrastructure construction, contracting capabilities, digitization, quality management, and talent cultivation. Wang Yige, dean of the architectural engineering institute, reported on overall ideas, technical quality management, digital capability enhancement, project control, and personnel management. Cui Zhaojun, dean of the equipment engineering institute and general manager of Landi Company, approached from the perspective of adjusting structure, building brands, strengthening foundations, and increasing vitality. He detailed plans for improving capacity, reducing costs, enhancing performance evaluation mechanisms, training and recruitment, basic management and knowledge management, as well as intelligent digitization. Wu Haifeng, director of the office/party committee office reported on strategic planning, decision-making system optimization, new party building work system, thematic practice activities, office area relocation, centralized archive management among eight key projects' work ideas and plans. Li Limin from the finance department provided a detailed report from three dimensions: cost management, financial control, and fund management. Dong Jinghua from human resources elaborated on overall ideas, work models, human resources planning as well as stock reform listing plans. Han Zhongkai from compliance audit/discipline inspection department provided an in-depth report on risk control, internal audit, discipline inspection supervision, legal services as well as accountability enforcement. The meeting fully affirmed the work ideas and specific measures of each department and proposed specific guidance from an overall operational perspective.

The meeting required leaders at all levels to play a leading role in team building to create an employee team that adapts to the new system while ensuring comprehensive coordination work is done to strengthen infrastructure construction and fully support business operations. Company leaders along with major leaders from various centers and functional departments attended throughout the meeting. Business directors from various centers and engineering institutes as well as personnel at or above deputy chief engineer level participated in their respective department reports.
