In order to ensure the construction safety at the project site during the holiday period and to strengthen the safety awareness of the project team and subcontractors, after communication with the FAW-Volkswagen Second Factory Black Roof Line project team, on the morning of April 3, safety management specialists Bi Kexin and Liu Xudong from the Business Center Safety Management Department of the Ninth Institute conducted a pre-holiday construction warning education activity for the project site team members and all subcontractor personnel.
The project leader of FAW-Volkswagen, Yuan Weibin from the Planning Department's Coating Planning Section, attended the event. The warning education mainly focused on the following three aspects:
1. The on-site management team of the Ninth Institute and all construction-related parties should aim for "safety first, prevention as primary, strict implementation, and plan first". They should use the construction safety management regulations and plans formulated by Mechanical Ninth Institute and the on-site management team as management basis, combined with actual work conditions on site, to seriously implement and execute key links and areas prone to problems. All construction-related parties on site should adopt practical and targeted management measures, communicate and implement them layer by layer to ensure strict adherence to plans.
2. Strictly implement responsibilities, enforce "one position with dual responsibilities" and "division of responsibilities system" to ensure that various safety systems and risk pre-control management of the project are truly implemented and effective. The project management party and participating units should establish safety organizational structures and safety teams, form a regular meeting system, safety inspection system, and responsibility implementation system to ensure that safety hazards are monitored, executed, and result-oriented; strongly advocate for "everyone speaks safety, everywhere checks safety" actions, and implement daily safety inspections at all levels. This ensures that every participant in the project pays high attention to safety in both thought and action, ensuring they do not get harmed, do not harm others, and protect others from harm. Workers should adhere to regulations without violations, follow standards, and eliminate hazards; at the same time, actively conduct visual boards on site to publicize various levels of management parties and safety leadership organizations while promoting prevention, precautionary measures against hazards, and enhancing self-protection awareness.
3. Strengthen the governance and monitoring of hazards. Each construction unit must earnestly implement Mechanical Ninth Institute's system for identifying and managing safety hazards. Major inspections should focus on important hazard sources such as fire risks, falls from heights, mechanical injuries, object strikes, electric shocks, collapses at construction sites; any identified accident hazards must be promptly reported to the project's safety leadership organization and management unit. All rectifications must meet the requirements of responsibility, measures, funding, timeframes, and contingency plans.

Finally, Yuan Weibin from FAW-Volkswagen delivered a concluding speech. He required all management parties and construction parties to conduct proper safety education before personnel entry and work commencement while executing daily morning safety meetings. He emphasized that all parties involved should manage and coordinate overall site operations effectively for unified coordination of construction safety pre-control to ensure smooth project progress. Safety production relies heavily on implementation and continuous effort; solidly carry out standardized management, education, training in safety to effectively enhance the transformation and improvement of on-site workers' safety awareness. Implementing on-site safety production work is the first cornerstone for ensuring safe and civilized construction is successfully achieved. At the same time, Yuan Weibin affirmed this warning education activity conducted by the Ninth Institute as it fully reflects their emphasis on project site safety management work. He hopes that similar activities can be regularly conducted as they significantly promote safety management work at project sites which is crucial for safely completing project construction.
