On March 20, the first qualified body of the new H painting workshop of Hongqi successfully rolled off the production line. The completion of this key milestone marks a phased victory for the project. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the group's engineering department requested not to organize large-scale activities or invite leaders to participate, and only a simple ceremony was organized internally by the project team. The project team from the Ninth Academy, led by Hu Chenglin and Zhuang Jingliang, along with members of the on-site debugging team, completed a simple yet solemn handover ceremony with the group's engineering department and the on-site project management team of the Hongqi factory.
The Hongqi H painting project began construction in October 2018. Facing difficulties in winter construction, the civil engineering team overcame challenges and accelerated progress to create more favorable conditions for equipment entry. In July 2019, equipment installation began. Due to overall construction time constraints, there was significant overlap between civil engineering and equipment installation, which increased the difficulty of installation. Under the guidance of leaders at all levels of the company, various specialties from the equipment institute, construction institute, and manufacturing institute cooperated closely to ensure orderly progress of the project.
During the Spring Festival in 2020, which was a critical period for the project, a COVID-19 outbreak occurred in China. In response to the pandemic, the project team did not stop debugging work; instead, they urgently activated prevention and control plans to ensure that debugging and installation work fully resumed on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year. Despite the worsening pandemic situation, the company quickly coordinated prevention and control materials for the team. Company leaders visited frontline workers to express their support, which greatly encouraged project team members. With everyone's joint efforts, the Hongqi H painting project successfully delivered vehicles!

The successful delivery from the new H painting workshop has significant strategic importance for the development of the Hongqi brand.
