To support the strategic layout of the group's "Hongqi" brand, the construction of the Hongqi H platform assembly workshop's technology and logistics transformation project was launched on schedule with the joint efforts of the Ninth Institute, the Group Engineering and Production Logistics Department, and the Hongqi Factory. To ensure the smooth progress and timely completion of the project, the project team conducted multiple rounds of planning and closely coordinated with various suppliers to make adequate preparations for the construction progress. After the project started on January 12, the project team worked overtime and closely collaborated with suppliers, supervising implementation during construction to ensure progress before the Spring Festival.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, the project faced a dual dilemma of personnel and equipment materials being unable to enter the factory in a timely manner. The project team collaborated and actively responded, thoroughly analyzing potential risks that could be encountered in the project and formulating temporary response plans for high-risk transformation content; team members gave up their Spring Festival holidays, faced the dangers of the pandemic without fear, remained on-site, actively coordinated all parties, strictly implemented plans, overcame various difficulties, and ensured the achievement of key project milestones; they helped suppliers from other provinces actively seek local partners to address human resource gaps and adopted measures for key technical personnel to arrive early for quarantine, working overtime after the quarantine period; regarding equipment materials, for transportation from other provinces, they coordinated suppliers to communicate actively with local governments and logistics to ensure timely arrival at the factory. Through the joint efforts of the project team and supplier partners, anticipated risk issues have been basically resolved, and the project is working overtime to recover progress.

While not relaxing in front of construction deadlines, the project team strictly adhered to the requirements of the group company, Ninth Institute, and Hongqi Factory by conducting comprehensive health tracking of personnel entering the factory. This included registering basic information such as personnel's place of origin, residence, and mode of transportation; recording temperature checks; self-checking health conditions; daily temperature checks upon entry; disinfecting factory areas; and strictly investigating potential contact with reported cases. In response to the pandemic, they took strict precautions to ensure that construction personnel remained healthy and safe. During the pandemic, company leaders visited the site multiple times to coordinate resources and ensure that epidemic prevention materials such as masks, thermometers, and disinfectants were sufficient and delivered in a timely manner.

For more than a month now, under pressure from construction deadlines, the Ninth Institute has worked diligently to ensure that human transformation projects are completed on time for the successful achievement of market strategies for the "Hongqi" brand and to advance FAW Group's great cause of "Building Dreams for Hongqi." They have not failed in their mission or feared difficulties: "Guarding the site, carrying the Hongqi banner, fighting against the pandemic, ensuring progress," they have united their efforts without fear of challenges and set off together with Hongqi to create a new journey.
