Currently, it is a critical period for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the situation is severe. To reduce the risk of epidemic prevention and control and further address the difficulties some employees face in commuting to work, on February 14, a mutual aid convoy composed of private cars from employees of the Ninth Hospital officially assembled as the 'Party Member Vanguard (Caring Employees)'.
Before resuming work and production, in accordance with the unified deployment of the Ninth Hospital Party Committee, the Party and Mass Work Department organized to solicit employees' feedback on difficulties encountered during the pandemic in terms of work and life. In response to strong feedback from employees regarding the suspension of many public transport services in the city and safety concerns about using public transport, the Ninth Hospital Party Committee issued an 'Initiative to Form a Party Member Vanguard Convoy', calling on party members and cadres to actively respond by pairing up with employees in need of transportation to help them commute. The initiative received enthusiastic responses from party members, cadres, and a large number of employees. As of now, in addition to 19 party members, there are also 4 non-party member employees participating in the caring convoy, ensuring transportation for 25 employees. The Ninth Hospital Party Committee has established corresponding safety prevention measures, set requirements for vehicle owners and passengers, and provided necessary protective and disinfecting supplies for vehicles to further ensure the safety of vehicle owners and passengers.
The pandemic is ruthless, but humanity is kind. The establishment of this mutual aid convoy has allowed many employees to feel the warmth of the party organization and the big family of the Ninth Hospital, enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force among all employees. This provides strong support for decisively winning the battle against epidemic prevention and control and promotes deepening reforms and high-quality development at the Ninth Hospital.
