Hello everyone!

In January 2020, a sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia changed many planned events, including our important festival - Spring Festival. During the Spring Festival, more than 70 employees remained on the front line of the group's production suspension and maintenance projects. The spreading epidemic made us feel not only anxious but also the warmth brought to us by the most beautiful 'reverse travelers'. The epidemic is a command, and prevention and control are responsibilities. The company's party committee earnestly implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, fully implements the central and group company's party committee's requirements for epidemic prevention and control, treats epidemic prevention and control as the most important work of the current party committee, formulates and issues the 'Ninth Institute's Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Measures Plan', and comprehensively deploys and implements the fight against the epidemic. Party organizations at all levels of the company quickly acted to implement various prevention and control measures, fully ensuring the health and safety of employees. Responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai; currently, we are in a very critical period for pneumonia epidemic prevention and control. We must unite as one, build a tight defense line for epidemic prevention and control in the company, and resolutely fight the battle against the epidemic.

The following requirements are made for epidemic prevention and control and resuming production in the near future:

1. All employees must strictly comply with government, group company, and company prevention and control requirements, strictly implement personnel information statistics, quarantine for those returning from other provinces, and resolutely fulfill their civic duties and responsibilities. We must attach great importance to this epidemic from a mental perspective, maintain an optimistic attitude, strengthen our confidence in victory, trust in the party and government, trust in our organization, avoid believing or spreading rumors. We must take action to prevent scientifically; when entering the hospital area for work, we must wear masks as required and actively cooperate with staff for temperature checks. During work hours, we should enhance our self-protection awareness: do not move around to greet others during work hours, avoid or minimize using elevators, do not gather randomly, strictly adhere to meeting regulations, ensure safe distances during exchanges, keep offices well-ventilated, wash hands frequently, and exercise regularly. Any abnormal situations must be reported accurately and promptly for timely medical treatment and isolation.

2. All party members and cadres must uphold their original intentions and take on responsibilities; they must be accountable for their areas of responsibility, actively take on roles, lead by example, and set a good example. Department leaders must fulfill their primary responsibility for prevention and control measures seriously implement all company prevention measures and ensure effective epidemic prevention work in their departments.

3. All party branches must play a role as a stronghold in stabilizing employee thoughts during epidemic prevention and production recovery periods; they should care for employees' well-being while organizing production effectively. They should solidly carry out personnel information statistics reporting during epidemic prevention periods, procure protective materials distribution management for incoming employees' temperature management, disinfecting offices, managing dining areas in canteens, managing shuttle buses among other preventive measures. All party members should lead by example; they should actively commit to their promises, take the lead in adhering to regulations, tackle difficulties head-on while taking initiative to contribute so that the party flag flies high in the fight against the epidemic.

4. The company will strengthen management of external personnel and related parties to effectively protect employees' health and safety.

5. To avoid crowded dining situations during lunch hours, employees' lunches will be packed by a delivery team organized by the company that will deliver meals uniformly to each department every noon. In principle, breakfast will only be provided for single employees; non-single employees are encouraged to eat at home unless special circumstances require an application. Dear employee friends, clouds cannot hide the rising sun; epidemics cannot stop spring from coming. Let us unite closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core; firmly believe in victory; work together with one heart; achieve excellent work results; contribute to fighting against pneumonia epidemics; resolutely win the final victory in this battle against epidemics!
