In order to better complete the construction project of the passenger car division of the technology center for the year 2014, our institute organized a 2014 construction kickoff meeting with the project management team on March 29, and held a comprehensive deployment meeting for the spring engineering resumption on April 4, which included owners, supervisors, and various construction units.
At the project management team's construction kickoff meeting, Sun Lianhong and Zhang Qiming reviewed the project management work for the year 2013 comprehensively and proposed management goals and requirements for the year 2014. Young employees Li Xiang, Tong Hao, and Qiao Weiqiong introduced the team building situation in 2013, shared their experiences in building an efficient team, and provided opinions and suggestions. This meeting laid a foundation for the high-quality implementation of the passenger car division construction project and helped new members integrate into the project team family more quickly and effectively, further enhancing team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
At the construction kickoff meeting of all participating units, Zhang Hong and Zhang Qiming introduced the management model, construction goals, management processes, and systems of this project; reported on the work achievements of 2013 and the work arrangements for 2014. Representatives from construction units and supervisory units expressed their commitments regarding ensuring construction quality, progress, safety, and other aspects. During the meeting, Sun Lianhong and representatives from the owner put forward specific work requirements to all participating units.
In 2014, the construction projects of civil engineering, utilities, curtain walls, fire protection, and external roadways for the passenger car division of the technology center have fully commenced. At the project kickoff meeting, the project management team from Jiuyuan stated that although this project has a heavy task and great responsibility, team members will bravely face severe challenges with determination to fulfill their mission and achieve even better results in project construction to bring glory to Jiuyuan.
