On January 17, the Ninth Institute held the 2019 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference at the Hongqi Auditorium, themed "Working Together for a Shared Future," to solemnly commend advanced collectives and individuals from 2019. The leadership team of the Ninth Institute and over 650 cadres and employees attended the conference. The conference presented a video summary of the work completed in 2019 and explained the work guidelines and key tasks for 2020 to all attendees.
Mu Xuefeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ninth Institute, read out the commendation decision and explained the honors received from higher authorities. At the meeting, 145 advanced collectives, outstanding projects, and advanced individuals were commended.
Liu Shixin, General Manager of the Ninth Institute, led all senior managers in delivering New Year greetings to all employees and their families. During the meeting, six entertainment programs selected by various trade unions and associations, performed by employees of the Ninth Institute, received warm applause from attending cadres and employees. Before the commendation meeting, carefully crafted 2019 Honor Collections were distributed to attending cadres and employees. In 2020, all cadres and employees of the Ninth Institute will take advanced models as examples, strive for excellence in their positions every day, deeply implement the Group's "831" strategy and "3341" action plan requirements, adhere to the overall work idea of "adjusting structure, building brand, strengthening foundation, and increasing vitality," focus on customer-centeredness, market orientation, with engineering as the main line, concentrating on market development, product quality, cost control, business restructuring, technological innovation, and capability enhancement to promote the strategic transformation and high-quality development of the Ninth Institute.
