On January 15, the first wax injection machine of the SAIC Volkswagen Anting 120JPH wax injection line project successfully rolled off the production line, 15 days ahead of the originally scheduled milestone. This action demonstrates a commitment to SAIC Volkswagen. Relevant leaders from SAIC Volkswagen and the Ninth Institute witnessed this historic moment together.
In May 2019, the construction of the SAIC Volkswagen Anting 120JPH wax injection line project began. The delivery of civil engineering was delayed, and equipment and civil engineering were constructed in parallel throughout the project. The on-site construction conditions were complex, with significant difficulties due to the intersection of civil engineering, utilities, and equipment, leading to substantial interference. In the face of heavy coordination work, the project team actively cooperated with the owner, regularly organizing construction coordination meetings to resolve various challenges effectively, allowing the project to progress smoothly and earning the trust and praise of the owner. Whether in equipment installation or debugging phases, the project team was problem-oriented, striving for "general issues not to be left overnight and difficult issues not to be postponed for a week." During the tense phases of installation and debugging, on-site work continued until after 9 PM.
Many project members even gave up their rest opportunities, insisting on working on-site for several consecutive months. It is these hard efforts that ensured the smooth completion of the project. The successful completion of this project showcases the comprehensive strength of the Ninth Institute in automotive factory design, manufacturing, installation, and general contracting, laying a solid foundation for expanding into domestic and international markets and earning a good reputation!
