The Shaanxi Hand Project has successfully passed the completion acceptance.

The completion acceptance meeting for the Shaanxi Hand Car Bridge Co., Ltd. Baoji New Base Construction Project was successfully held on November 25, 2019, under the chairmanship of project manager Jia Xiaofeng from the management unit. All attending experts and government regulatory departments unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance. This signifies the successful completion of the Hand Car Bridge Baoji New Base Construction Project, which has been in preparation since 2017 and took more than two years.

The project began civil construction in February 2018 and utility installation in December 2018. Currently, all sub-items, including the joint factory building, canteen, oil storage, and guard room, with a total construction area of over 80,000 square meters, have been completed. Meanwhile, the new and relocated production lines have also been gradually installed and debugged. The Baoji New Base now has the capacity to produce 114,000 bridge assemblies annually. The completion of this project is of great significance for Hand Company’s strategic layout to cope with fierce market competition and lays a solid foundation for improving production assurance capabilities and market competitiveness, further pushing Hand Car Bridge into the international market.

This project is also an active expansion of our institute in the field of project management business. From the beginning of team formation, the project team adhered to the service concept of 'taking user needs as our own responsibility and creating competitiveness for users', organizing and promoting various project tasks, including sorting out various procedures at the initial stage of the project, preparing an overall progress plan, dividing bidding sections, assisting the owner in bidding, comprehensive construction management, electromechanical and process equipment installation management, etc.; The project team fully considered the complexity of constructing a full-process workshop including stamping, welding, machining, assembly, painting, and logistics. They made every effort to overcome the frequent changes in owner plans and requirements, actively responded to the significant impact of environmental inspections on the project, and fully coordinated serious conflicts caused by overlapping work areas. They resolutely implemented and fulfilled all work related to the main project objectives. With solid professional knowledge reserves, team members fully leveraged their advantages in overall process thinking to endure harsh winters and scorching summers while overcoming difficulties, leading the project efficiently and orderly from preparation to construction, then to equipment installation and debugging, and finally to completion acceptance.

This marks a triumphant return for our institute to the Shaanxi Automobile market after many years. The entire project team delivered a qualified answer sheet to Hand Company based on their excellent project management capabilities. The management effectiveness received high recognition from the owner side and also won an opportunity for our institute to closely cooperate with Shaanxi Automobile Group again.
