October 7 marked the production launch of the transformation project for the final assembly workshop at FAW-Volkswagen's second plant. Over the past 58 days, all personnel involved in this project have been diligent and dedicated, working tirelessly and putting in extra hours.
From day one of the final assembly transformation project, both Volkswagen's planning team and colleagues from the Ninth Institute have been engaged in high-intensity work, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks at each stage. This included 6 days for the demolition of 2,300 tons of steel structures and equipment; 20 days for the installation of 1,800 tons of steel structures; despite a 22-day occupation of civil engineering work areas, the sliding line completed the installation of all equipment in just 14 days; the installation of all equipment for the door, instrument, and PBS lines was completed in 20 days, with a total line length of 4,200 meters; and all lines were jointly debugged for mechanical and electrical control within 12 days. The successful and quality completion of our work during this period is attributed to the strong leadership and support from the company; to FAW-Volkswagen's excellent command; to the selfless dedication of project team members; and to the active cooperation of subcontractor teams.
The project is currently entering the production ramp-up phase. Although the tasks are heavy, we are confident in our ability to meet responsibilities, overcome difficulties, and complete our work. In the coming time, we will continue to fully cooperate with Volkswagen's various tasks, overcoming challenges together to successfully complete the transformation project and contribute to our clients' success!
