[Xia Nan reported] On the afternoon of January 13, the founding conference and the release ceremony of the commemorative book "Starting Point" for the 55th anniversary of the Ninth Institute was held in the conference room on the fifth floor.

The meeting was attended by Wang Bing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ninth Institute, who delivered a speech; some senior managers of the Ninth Institute, leaders of the Rainbow Sports Club, and leaders of various cultural and sports associations were invited to attend. More than 120 people, including literature and art enthusiasts from the Ninth Institute, participated in the meeting.

The meeting reported on the preparatory work of the Rainbow Cultural Club of the Ninth Institute and announced its organizational structure and leadership team. Song Zhiyong, Chairman of the Rainbow Cultural Club, along with Vice Chairmen Dong Jian, Jiang Nianfa, and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General Xia Nan met with everyone and spoke. Mu Xuefeng, Chairman of the Rainbow Sports Club of the Ninth Institute, congratulated on the establishment of the cultural club and presented a wonderful dance "Brother on the Prairie" with the Yoga Association. The meeting also awarded representatives from employees with a compilation of essays, calligraphy, photography, and posters commemorating the 55th anniversary of the Ninth Institute titled "Starting Point," and some essay authors shared their feelings about writing their articles.

At the meeting, Secretary Wang Bing of the Ninth Institute delivered a speech. He affirmed the work carried out by the Rainbow Sports Club over the past year and emphasized the significant meaning of establishing a cultural club. He proposed three hopes for both cultural and sports clubs: first, to jointly advocate a positive lifestyle and attitude, turning healthy living and happy working into a concept; second, to fully leverage each association's enthusiastic involvement in community work to lead those around them to share enthusiasm and joy with others, striving for everyone to have their own sports or artistic hobbies; third, to organize various associations to continue their activities so that employees can persist in their hobbies, creating a good corporate atmosphere and striving to build a harmonious family at the Ninth Institute.

Finally, under the leadership of President Dong Jian, the Choir Association from the Rainbow Cultural Club presented a new song "Under the Silver Moonlight" that they had recently rehearsed.
