On the morning of August 14, the Group Engineering and Production Logistics Department organized a mobilization meeting for safe and civilized construction, as well as a concentrated implementation meeting for safety management regulations. Company General Manager Liu Shixin, Yang Nan, head of the Project Management Department of the Architectural Engineering Institute, Project Manager Zhang Hong, and other key personnel from the Hongqi project and safety management attended the meeting. At the meeting, Director Zhang Yudong of the Engineering and Production Logistics Department introduced the safety evaluation system for construction projects, namely the blacklist system, to the representatives of relevant parties present.
By establishing a safety evaluation system for construction units, an annual scoring system will be implemented to evaluate relevant parties. Based on the annual scoring results, decisions will be made on whether to continue cooperation with relevant parties and the duration of any suspension of cooperation, in order to urge construction units to promote and implement safety management work. Representatives of relevant parties spoke in turn, responding to the system and making management commitments. General Manager Liu Shixin spoke on behalf of the Ninth Institute, expressing the Ninth Institute's positive attitude in cooperating with the work of the Engineering and Production Logistics Department, and earnestly implementing the relevant requirements of the safety evaluation system, increasing investment in project safety management in terms of funds and personnel, strengthening supervision of project safety, and ensuring safe production and civilized construction during project implementation.
At the same time, the Ninth Institute will conduct a comprehensive special activity of 'checking violations and eliminating hazards' for the current projects undertaken by the Group based on key safety construction points highlighted in the safety evaluation system. Individuals and units with existing problems will be educated and rectified; those with serious circumstances will face severe consequences. It is essential for all subcontracting units to establish the concept that 'violations are accidents, and hazards are accidents' to enhance safety awareness.
Finally, Minister Han Xinliang of the Engineering and Production Logistics Department delivered a concluding speech. Minister Han expressed gratitude to all relevant parties for their work and efforts in supporting Group project construction. He also combined this with the development prospects of the Group's Hongqi business, stating that future engineering construction projects will continue to be launched. He hopes that all relevant parties will pay close attention to project safety management work, cherish cooperation opportunities, and jointly contribute to the Group's project construction.
