In July, during the hot summer, our company received good news in the field of VOC equipment. Through a comprehensive technical solution and reasonable pricing, we broke through the encirclement of competitors from Germany, Japan, and China. After two rounds of bidding, we successfully won the bid for the VOC renovation project of Sichuan FAW Toyota. This project is implemented by Sichuan FAW Toyota to further reduce VOC emissions.

VOC equipment is environmental protection equipment for VOC gas treatment in automotive painting and assembly. It is developed to address the characteristics of high organic waste gas volume and low VOC concentration in automotive production lines. It is more low-carbon and environmentally friendly compared to traditional thermal incineration oxidation and catalytic combustion oxidation. Currently, our company's developed VOC equipment has been successfully applied in more than ten projects, including Chongqing Changan, Chongqing Lifan, Tianjin Huatai, and Tianjin FAW Toyota, with rich technical experience.

After receiving project information at the beginning of this year, the marketing manager immediately organized the project technical team to go to the site of Sichuan FAW Toyota for in-depth technical exchanges with the client. The renovation project involves complex content, and the project team carefully studied the site and diligently explored customer needs. With a professional and comprehensive technical solution and the most reasonable quotation, we took the lead in the first round of bidding. In the second round of bidding, company vice president Yang Yumin made an important directive despite the price already being set in the first round. He required the project team to withstand pressure, review and optimize the original plan, adhere to the original intention of creating high-quality projects, and not engage in a low-price war. The professionalism and sincerity of our institute ultimately helped the company win in the second round of bidding.

During this bidding process, all departments of the company also demonstrated a high level of cooperative team spirit. The Manufacturing Technology Institute and Construction Engineering Institute fully cooperated to develop a comprehensive preliminary plan for VOC equipment interfaces and process planning. The renovation project is challenging, but with solid preliminary work, the person in charge of VOC equipment from the Equipment Engineering Institute was able to navigate smoothly during technical planning, targeting effectively. The final technical proposal received unanimous praise from users.
