[Li Wei reported] On September 29, Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., Ltd. issued a 'Notice of Maintaining Certification Registration Qualification' to our institute, marking that our institute passed the supervision audit of the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems conducted by the company in August this year. The relevant work of our institute has been recognized by the company's experts, allowing us to continue to maintain our registration qualification.
From August 13 to 15 this year, a team of 2 experts from Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., Ltd. conducted the first supervision audit of our institute's quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. The audit team continuously identified and evaluated the environmental factors and hazards involved in our institute's engineering consulting, engineering design within the scope of qualification certificates, as well as the design, procurement, manufacturing, construction installation, commissioning, and service processes of general contracting projects and management activities (including office areas). Zhongshe believes that the management projects undertaken by our institute can meet the requirements of relevant parties and laws and regulations in terms of environmental impact and occupational health and safety control; the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems are operating continuously and effectively; the continuous improvement mechanism is maintaining effective operation; and the use of certification certificates and marks complies with regulations. Therefore, Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., Ltd. approved our institute to maintain the 'Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System' certification certificate.
The successful supervision audit of the 'three systems' this time is the result of the joint efforts of all departments and employees. We hope that all departments and employees will continue to work together to assist the Production Quality Department in carrying out related work on the 'three systems', so that our institute's quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system work can reach a new level.
