During the meeting, Vice General Managers Yang Yumin and Li Yunsheng, along with Procurement Department Head Zheng Wandong, each delivered thematic reports. In his report, Yang introduced the basic situation after the Ninth Institute deepened its reforms and reviewed its major project achievements in recent years. He emphasized the business plan of the Ninth Institute under the new market environment and expressed hope for close cooperation with suppliers to jointly develop mainstream markets and build brand projects. Minister Zheng systematically introduced the procurement business and supplier management methods of the Ninth Institute in his report, clarified the key procurement management tasks to be carried out next, and requested suppliers to continue cooperating well with all procurement department work to fully support strategic procurement implementation and increase cost reduction efforts to jointly build a competitive supplier system supporting the company's platform strategy.

During the recognition segment, Mu Xuefeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the company, announced decisions to commend suppliers. Twelve units including Siemens, SEW, Dalian Zhaohe, Hubei Sanfeng, Nantong Best, Changchun Benteng Ruima, Henan Pingyuan, Dafu, Western Technology Research Institute, Jiangsu Guanyu, Yike, Shanghai ABB were awarded excellent supplier awards; Lentz Transmission and Tianjin Jinuo were awarded cooperation contribution awards. Chairman Wang Lizhi and General Manager Liu Shixin presented awards to the winning units. Representatives from Siemens Company and Dalian Zhaohe Company delivered speeches as award-winning suppliers expressing heartfelt thanks and pride for gaining trust and recognition from the Ninth Institute. They noted that the advanced concepts, innovative awareness, and excellent culture of the Ninth Institute have a good demonstration effect and will work together with it for progress in writing a beautiful chapter for the future.
