"Energy saving with me, green sharing" - The company held a special lecture on green design and construction.

On June 19, the Technical Quality Committee and the company office organized a special lecture themed "Energy Saving is My Responsibility, Green Sharing" in the conference room on the fifth floor of the South District building. More than 50 participants attended the lecture, including the company's deputy chief engineer, department heads, senior experts, specialists, and managerial staff.
The lecture invited the company's deputy chief engineer Yang Chunjie, chief expert of the Manufacturing Technology Institute Cao Bo, deputy chief engineer of the Equipment Engineering Institute Yu Weidong, and Qi Yueyi from the non-standard equipment department of the Equipment Engineering Institute to introduce their understanding of green manufacturing from different perspectives.
During the meeting, Yang Chunjie clarified the basic concepts of green design and manufacturing with vivid examples and explained the background, current status, overall goals, and tasks of green manufacturing in the group company. Chief expert Cao Bo analyzed the application of green manufacturing in the BorgWarner project designed by our company. This project not only fully integrates green design concepts in its design philosophy but also strives for excellence in details, practicing green principles. The second phase of this project has passed LEED international green certification and won a gold award. Deputy chief engineer Yu Weidong and Qi Yueyi from the non-standard equipment room provided detailed interpretations of the dry spray painting booth currently being developed by the company. Yu introduced the advantages of lime powder dry spray painting booths compared to wet spray painting booths, while Qi Yueyi discussed the advantages of cardboard dry spray painting booths. Through comparative analysis, it is evident that dry spray painting booths have significant advantages in terms of environmental protection and are a trend for future development. The dry spray painting booths developed by our company have already been applied in multiple projects with remarkable results.
Green design and manufacturing are trends for future development. Company employees should understand the concepts of green design and manufacturing and integrate green principles into design phases around green manufacturing implementation plans to support rapid company growth. During the meeting, Deputy Minister of Comprehensive Management Jing Fengchun read out a proposal for a low-carbon day publicity campaign, calling on all employees to start from small things and from themselves to practice low-carbon and green behavior standards in their daily work and life.
