On May 31, the Ninth Institute held an expanded study session of the Party Committee's theoretical center group, focusing on the topic of 'Major Measures for Comprehensive and Strict Governance of the Party'. The session involved in-depth study of the 'Several Guidelines on Political Life within the Party under the New Situation' and the 'Regulations on Internal Supervision of the Communist Party of China'. More than 80 participants attended, including company leadership, Party Committee members, Discipline Inspection Committee members, senior managers, secondary managers, Party branch and general branch members, Youth League branch secretaries, full-time Party and mass work officials, and micro Party class instructors.
This study session invited Professor Wang Jian from the Changchun Municipal Party School to interpret the 'Guidelines' and 'Regulations'. He provided in-depth explanations on various aspects including General Secretary Xi's speech on February 13, the concept of political life within the Party, General Secretary Xi's important thoughts on purifying the political ecology, the characteristics and main content of the 'Guidelines' and 'Regulations', and how to implement them effectively. Participants listened attentively and took notes, further enhancing their Party spirit through this learning.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Mu Xuefeng emphasized that political theory learning is a necessary condition for good Party building work and one of the basic conditions for carrying out various company tasks. He also urged all Party members and cadres in the company to value and strengthen their political theory studies. Through methods such as branch-led Party classes and self-study, they should repeatedly learn and study diligently to implement the requirements of the 'Guidelines' and 'Regulations' in practice, consciously enhance their four consciousnesses, live well in the new situation of political life within the Party, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the Ninth Institute.
