Recently, the company undertook the design work for the Zhongneng Dongdao New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park project. After the project was launched, the company quickly coordinated at all levels, strengthening project planning, which is beneficial to ensuring the project's progress. Currently, the overall layout plan for the project has been locked in, and the design of construction drawings has fully commenced.
The project started in early March and faced a series of challenges including limited input information, urgent timelines, and the requirement to complete civil construction by July. The company's leadership attached great importance to this, and Deputy General Manager Yang Yumin presided over the project planning and scheme review meetings.
The Manufacturing Institute urgently mobilized advantageous resources from various departments, with department heads and experts actively involved in the project design. During the formulation of the plan, collective wisdom was fully utilized to elevate the process level to a new height. Project leader Minister Lu Zhendong led various process personnel to race against time, brainstorming ideas to quickly formulate the overall layout plan. Additionally, in response to the user's weak process capabilities, assistance was provided to clarify design input prerequisites for users, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of subsequent designs. The Manufacturing Institute strengthened project planning and innovated project advancement methods. Each professional designer had clear divisions of labor, enhanced communication between specialties, and coordinated well. The process plan underwent multiple discussions among various specialties to ensure its rationality and comprehensiveness. Professionals from the Construction Institute were invited to engage in discussions on the process plan in advance, ensuring smooth professional connections, improving quality and efficiency, and ensuring timely and efficient project operation. During the project design planning process, Chief Engineer Yang Chunjie and Vice Dean Li Huafeng engaged in in-depth discussions, conveying rich design experience and rational suggestions to the design team while providing technical support and high concern. The process plan aimed for maximum flexibility in design while standardizing requirements for civil construction utilities. Under the coordination of the main teacher for this project, the project team made every effort to address user concerns, winning their trust.
