[Jing Fengchun reported] According to the overall deployment of the company's mass line education and practice activities, on the afternoon of July 30, a mobilization meeting for the mass line education and practice activities of the Ninth Institute was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Ninth Institute. More than 80 people attended the meeting, including members of the leadership team and office of the Ninth Institute's mass line education and practice activities leading group, members of the Ninth Institute's leadership team, senior managers, secondary managers, deputy chief engineers of the institute and branches, grassroots party and mass cadres, as well as some representatives of party congresses, employee representatives, and representatives of democratic parties. The meeting was chaired by Liu Songping, president of the Ninth Institute.
At the meeting, Wang Bing, secretary of the Ninth Institute's Party Committee, delivered a mobilization speech. He elaborated on the significant importance of this mass line education and practice activity and proposed that the theme of the Ninth Institute's mass line education and practice activity is 'Establish purpose awareness to satisfy employees; undertake quality projects to enhance competitiveness.' He emphasized that this education and practice activity should be carried out among leading cadres and all party members, focusing on the leadership team and members, as well as senior party members; the main task is to educate and guide party members and senior party members to establish a mass perspective, strengthen work style construction, solve prominent problems, and maintain integrity. He required all levels of party organizations in the Ninth Institute to use this activity to gather the most authentic and comprehensive opinions from employees and masses, addressing them with a high degree of vigilance, a tough attitude, and effective measures to ensure satisfactory results for employees.

The meeting also organized all participants to conduct a democratic evaluation of the work style of the leadership team and all senior managers of the Ninth Institute.
