On February 13, the company's quality management workflow and division of responsibilities presentation meeting was held on the fifth floor of the South District, attended by relevant personnel from various departments and functional units.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Tian Wenbiao detailed the engineering design, general contracting, project management, and supervision quality management workflow and departmental responsibilities in accordance with the national standard version 16 'Quality Management System Requirements' and the key points for compiling the company's 'Three System Management Manual and Management Documents', introducing the quality gate settings in detail.
The company requires all departments and employees to attach great importance to quality work. In the design input phase, fully leverage knowledge transfer; experts from various specialties or professionals with similar project experience should participate in design input activities. In the design output phase, ensure consistency between design output and input, and organize internal reviews before inviting owners to participate in evaluations. Great emphasis should be placed on output quality; each department and specialty should clarify self-checking, proofreading, and review quality gate settings and develop corresponding management measures. After project completion, timely reviews should be conducted to evaluate the project, and evaluation results should be included in knowledge management archives.
Minister Sun Lianhong of the Technical Quality Department also conveyed the spirit of the 'Group Company's 2017 Quality Work Outline' at the meeting, and attendees collectively studied the requirements related to work quality in the company's '2017 Work Outline'.
