The Ninth Academy successfully won two bids for the FAW-Volkswagen Tianjin factory project.

Recently, our institute successfully won the BA1&2+BA5&6+BA7 and BA3&4 sections of the FAW-Volkswagen Tianjin factory project, thanks to our strong technical capabilities and fighting spirit.
The interior line BA1&2+BA5&6 uses a liftable sliding conveyor, while the final line BA7 uses a plastic plate conveyor. This section marks another successful bid for our institute following the Foshan Phase II project, consolidating our position in the market for similar equipment. The chassis line BA3&4 employs a heavy-duty EHB conveyor line, which can automatically adjust the height of the lifting device at different workstations, thus achieving flexible and intelligent production while effectively improving ergonomics. The heavy-duty EHB is the development direction for chassis line conveying equipment in the assembly workshop. Winning this bid fills a gap in the market for our institute and lays a solid foundation for capturing market share in future projects.
During the bidding process for this project, through the joint efforts of our design personnel and business staff, we met user needs and gained their trust. Despite strong competitors like 'Fourth Institute', we optimized technology and planned operations to successfully win two projects under open bidding conditions. This allowed us to secure all mechanized production mainline blocks for the assembly workshop in the FAW-Volkswagen Tianjin factory project, laying a solid foundation for our future technology development and market expansion.
