[Zhao Rui reported] On February 5, the Technology Development Department organized a review meeting for the acceptance of the group R&D projects undertaken by the Ninth Academy in 2012. Relevant leaders, experts, and judges from the group company, as well as leaders from the Ninth Academy, branch leaders, and project leaders attended the review meeting. Through the review, relevant leaders and experts from the group company highly praised and recognized the completion of the group R&D projects undertaken by the Ninth Academy. The acceptance committee unanimously agreed to pass the project acceptance and recommended its promotion and application.
This acceptance of group R&D projects involved a total of 6 projects, namely: development of a management system based on the final assembly production line, development of a rectangular layout sliding conveyor, research on general technical requirements for process planning in the painting workshop, research on digital design technology for the final assembly workshop, development of a new energy-saving direct drying room, and development of lifting mechanisms and fixture libraries for flexible welding production lines. The judges and leaders strictly followed the review process. The review team first visited the site of the flexible welding production line lifting mechanism and fixture library at the Ninth Academy's North Factory. The on-site trial production verified that the line operated smoothly, completing processes such as picking up workpieces, lifting, running, and returning. Subsequently, experts and leaders returned to the academy to conduct acceptance for the 6 projects. The expert group listened to the project team's work report and formed three points of opinion after thorough discussion: First, the acceptance materials provided by the project team were clear and complete, meeting acceptance requirements. Second, the project combined with R&D has good applicability; it has developed proprietary technology for the group that reduces equipment procurement costs; some R&D systems support the framework of the group's R&D system and enhance its R&D capabilities. Third, the research objectives of the project are clear, and the research content has achieved its project goals.
