Our hospital's 'Three Systems' successfully passed the supervision audit certification.

On August 25-26, a team of 4 from Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., Ltd. came to our hospital for the first supervisory audit after the certification of the quality, environment, and occupational health systems. The conclusion was that our hospital's "three systems" successfully passed the supervisory audit certification. The company's general manager Liu Shixin and management representative Deputy General Manager Tian Wenbiao attended the initial and final meetings.
At the initial meeting, the audit team leader He Qingran announced the purpose of this supervisory audit: to evaluate whether your hospital's management system meets the certification standards and the effectiveness of its implementation based on the audit criteria, and proposed recommendations for maintaining certification and reissuing the certification certificate for the quality, environment, and occupational health safety management systems. The departments selected for this audit were the Comprehensive Management Department, Project Operation Control Department, Construction Branch, Equipment Branch, and Construction Engineering Company.
Over the two days, the audit team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of five departments: the leadership of the Ninth Hospital, Comprehensive Management Department, Project Operation Control Department, Engineering Company, Construction Branch, and Equipment Engineering Branch. They also inspected three temporary sites: the total contracting project of FAW-Volkswagen Body Group Station, the supervision project of Volkswagen Foshan Phase II Welding Workshop, and the management project of FAW Passenger Vehicles. The on-site audit work proceeded smoothly. At the final meeting, the audit team provided a clear conclusion: they agreed to recommend our hospital's quality, environment, and occupational health safety management systems for maintaining certification and reissuing the certification certificate.
