On August 31, the Ninth Institute held a signing ceremony for the 'Collective Contract' and the 'Special Collective Agreement on Women's Special Rights'. Members of the company's leadership team, union leaders, heads of various functional departments, and chairpersons of various branch unions attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Wang Lizhi, Chairman of the Ninth Institute and Secretary of the Party Committee, and Mu Xuefeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and head of the union, solemnly signed the documents on behalf of the company and employees respectively.
