The Equipment Division of the Ninth Institute carried out a party-building joint activity with the Planning Department of FAW-Volkswagen.

In order to innovate the party building work of the branch, promote the effective implementation of activities such as "Two Studies, One Action" and "Improving Quality and Reducing Costs, Showcasing Talents in Positions", and to enhance communication and deepen win-win cooperation, on June 29, the equipment sector of the Ninth Academy and the process planning department of FAW-Volkswagen held a joint party building activity in the conference room of the FAW-Volkswagen training building. More than 50 participants attended the launch meeting, including members of the party committee from both sides, party branch secretaries, representatives of party members, and representatives from party-mass departments.
This joint party building activity covers three main categories: "Two Studies, One Action" learning co-construction, "Improving Quality and Efficiency" technical co-construction, and "Cooperation and Win-Win" cultural co-construction, totaling 19 activities. At the launch meeting, both parties signed the 2016 Joint Party Building Agreement, a Clean Cooperation Commitment, and a Safety Cooperation Agreement. They also issued technical project authorization letters for eight joint technical tackling project teams, including the development of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) technology.
For a long time, the Ninth Academy has been closely cooperating with the process planning department of FAW-Volkswagen. Especially in recent years, with strong support from the process planning department, the equipment sector of the Ninth Academy has successfully achieved localization of several key equipment in FAW-Volkswagen projects, such as coating wax injection lines, dry spray paint rooms, and high-end assembly rain lines, replacing imports and reducing project costs, thus achieving win-win cooperation. This joint construction activity will earnestly practice the theme of "Solidly Implementing 'Two Studies, One Action', Deepening 'Improving Quality and Efficiency'". Through a variety of rich co-construction activities, both sides will learn from each other and promote each other to elevate grassroots party building work to a new level. At the same time, it will deepen party building work and enhance in-depth cooperation between personnel on new technologies and new equipment research and development as well as projects. This aims to achieve new breakthroughs in independent equipment technology, increase the localization rate of FAW-Volkswagen's process equipment, reduce construction costs, and contribute to the rapid and sustainable development of the Ninth Academy.
