The Ninth Institute is actively expanding its industry market and has won the bid for the Hunan Changfeng Leopard assembly production line.

Recently, our institute received the bid notification for the general contracting project of the mechanized main line conveying system from Hunan Leopard Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Leopard), marking a deepened cooperation between our institute and Hunan Leopard since 2009. The production rhythm of this production line reaches 65 JPH, making it the fastest assembly line for self-owned brand passenger cars in the industry. Winning this project will lay a solid foundation for our institute to further expand its market and enhance its general contracting capabilities. Hunan Leopard is one of our important users. Over the years, our institute has actively and diligently assisted users in solving various difficult problems encountered in project construction, production operation and maintenance, and technological transformation, earning the trust and praise of users. The leaders of our institute and various levels of leadership in the production department attach great importance to this project, frequently leading the project team to conduct on-site research in Changsha, Hunan, actively communicating with the owner, deeply understanding their needs, ensuring that the bidding proposal is correct and reasonable, thus laying a solid foundation for successfully winning the bid. The production rhythm of this project is 65 JPH, which requires very high standards for the configuration and reliability of conveying equipment. Additionally, the project has tight deadlines and heavy tasks. The leaders of our institute and those in charge of equipment fully allocated human resources, leading the project team to work overtime, responding fully to user needs during the preparation of technical documents, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various proposals in detail, optimizing the proposals, calculating each transfer point's rhythm in detail, and perfecting equipment drawings. The preparation of the bidding documents was completed in just half a month. Through everyone's joint efforts, our institute ultimately won the bid with superb technical capabilities, an excellent bidding proposal, and a reasonable bidding price; our hard work has finally borne fruitful results. Currently, the project has completed user review work for the mechanized overall layout. The project team will continue to take 'user needs as our responsibility' as their guiding principle, aiming for 'lean design and exceptional service', always actively striving to provide users with high-quality products and services, creating new benchmark projects in the industry and enhancing user competitiveness.
