According to the work deployment of the party committee of the institute, recently, the Manufacturing Technology Institute has carried out an in-depth "User Awareness All-Staff Discussion" activity around its central work. This discussion activity strictly followed the requirements of the party committee, established a working group, and formulated a detailed work plan. The activity is mainly conducted in three phases:
In the first phase, from May 13 to May 30, thematic class meetings on user awareness were held by professional rooms. During the thematic class meetings, the development strategy of the Ninth Institute during the 13th Five-Year Plan was promoted, and extensive discussions on user awareness were conducted. Employees from each room shared their views based on their work and the development of their professional rooms, initially identifying and analyzing issues related to user awareness in daily work, forming a preliminary problem list for each professional room. In the second phase: from May 31 to June 6, each party group fully utilized the role of Communist Party members, combined with discussions from the "Two Studies, One Action" party group to develop solutions for issues related to user awareness. In the third phase: on June 7, a special meeting was held by the institute, attended by institute leaders, room directors, and chief professionals. The meeting focused on in-depth discussions from a departmental work perspective on issues such as "how to ensure user connection to meet project goals" and "how process professionals can coordinate effectively with each other," determining solutions for each issue.
In this "User Awareness All-Staff Discussion" activity, all staff members of the institute actively participated, with user awareness penetrating every employee. Each phase of discussion focused on issues, analyzed root causes, and proposed measures in depth. According to the arrangements of the party committee of the institute, the Manufacturing Institute will continue to carry out follow-up related activities based on the solutions developed this time, learning well and thinking well, acting well and achieving well, working together to promote the healthy development of the enterprise.
